#196: Boris Boriskof/Controller
Here's my new character: the Controller! Wherever there's a superhero, there has to be a supervillain. Even if that superhero is just a blubbery manchild in a child-sized owl hoodie. Young tech wizard Welward Kreeve, in his systematical way of thinking, determined that NightOwl was an unpredictable variable, one that could only be solved in one simple way: deletion. So Kreeve designed the Controller suit, body armor that has the power to cancel out NightOwl's tech-based agility abilities. It was functioning perfectly and he was ready to take the rotund vigilante on, but he kinda forgot about one thing. He's a nerd. A skinny one that couldn't even fill the muscular suit half way. So he found a guy. Boris Boriskof, buff thug originally from the European lands. The Controller was then born, and Boriskof, under Welward Kreeve's control, has been battling NightOwl ever since. I wonder if it ever crossed Kreeve's mind that he could just use Boris as a fill-in for gym class and to fend off bullies. Would've been much easier.
